They’re saying I should be having 100 grams of protein a day which I was far from doing previously. I am looking for pleasant ways to do this in that I was eating a rather vegetarian diet previously; so this is something I am working on. With starting to lift weights again, this would be an important addition.
With last week being the first week back to the gym, I want to get the best foot forward.
Right now, the goal is 3 days a week treadmill then adding weights. Logging my food with WW and trying to get something regular going. I’m wrestling with my human nature for change. It is a Spiritual warfare between the Spirit world for good and the mischievous creature of the Earth.
My husband comes with me to the gym in the wee hours of the morning. He is my bodyguard. He is very useful to me and good company in my adventures. I was first attracted to him because of his smile and after that it was because he made me laugh.
Before I had met him, I was coming out of a dark time, years of working way too many hours a week; 75 hours or more for 13 years and family needs. I escaped from that and found laughter and my heart healed. I hope this finds you well. Thank you.
