August 9, 2026-A Special Celestial Day on 8/12/26

On August 12, 2026, in Western Washington, we will have a planet parade in the N Eastern skies right before sunrise and we will have a solar eclipse in early afternoon. It is a special day. The late night of August 12th, the Perseid Meteor shower is at its height. I’ll try to get drone footage as much as possible.
There may be clouds in our part of the state.
I’m contemplating writings from Price Pritchett, Ph.D., and Coach Micheal Burt this morning. Any action towards your dreams is worth it. Producing momentum towards a goal; baby steps or any steps.
Three years ago, I reached a stand still. It was not what I wanted, but I didn’t really know what I wanted. I just knew where I was, was not where I wanted to be, facing early retirement. I thought I had lived all my dreams. Slowly and methodically, with rest and communication with friends, my eyes opened to new opportunities and a new life ahead of me. I wanted to revisit my degree field I had left behind a while ago due to family matters that arose. I sent out emails requesting information for camera equipment info and did my research and bought broadcast capable camera equipment to retrain myself and update my skills. I entered a certification for video editing to update my digital skills. I created a website to upload my videos to Dswh33360Journey.com and a YouTube channel @dswh33360 My Journey. I got a full-time job again to bring in income while I learned. I started schooling at a university that taught meteorology. That was my beginning again.
My three-year journey still feels new, but this year I feel closer to landing a behind the scenes TV position perhaps. It makes me happy. Filming video makes me happy, and I will continue to do it, whatever full-time job I acquire from the heavens. I have a fire right at my door that is burning that keeps me warm that started from lightning strikes, symbolically speaking.
