Revisiting a video from a year ago. It is on our website Dswh33360Journey.com. Our tulips came early this year. Happy April 1st. (April Fool's Day Holiday) My Mother loved this date when she was alive. One time my Mother put a napkin in my Dad’s sandwich. The ladies at my Dad’s work thought it was funny.
We have rain this morning and we’re taking a little time off today from the gym to rest today. We will go back tomorrow morning.
I’m finally losing some weight 😂. It’s midweek and The balance of foods consumed and exercise is very important. The weight loss shots are not a wonder pill. They require daily habit changes; for some of us a daily struggle for balance. I’ve been told I don’t eat a lot. It’s a balance thing that I need to learn on a daily basis. WW uses this point system that can be a guidance system for the proper balance.
We’re planning my Mother’s memorial breakfast this year near the end of April. We will have breakfast then go down to her resting place which has a beautiful garden. After my mother passed away in 2019, I had a dream where she was resting at a picnic we were having in a beautiful garden and she was talking to me.
