Meditation: I wake up at 12:30am and sometimes earlier to find myself. At the end of the day, I am completely spent. I have dinner and find my pillow and go to sleep. In my morning hours I can meditate, read and think creatively. My hubby is getting ready for his work. I do my homework in the mornings after my meditative time. My daytime hours are spent at my job where I’m performing my duties. They are not my own hours; they are my company’s. I give them my best energy while I’m there. So, I cherish my morning hours. They are mine. I call down the powers of the universe to surround me with its energy and creativity and I ask them to breathe life into me. My favorite days for this are my Thursdays through Fridays when I’m working from home and I have a little extra time since I do not have the commute. I read ancient wise writings, I read weather related books, I read writings from film makers, I see tutorial videos about the film and production industry. i read about you in social media and shed tears with reunited friends and family members long awaited and laugh at cute animal memes and become awe inspired at the footage captured by those chasing storms, and the knowledge of those who can “read the weather” just to name a few. It all refuels my soul until I can share with you again. Thank you
