Literally, a day after my Dad’s 90th birthday, I test positive for Covid. I’ve had it before and I have had several of the shots before and the boosters.  I am one of those who probably would not have survived Covid without the shots. I wish I was tough like my hubby who rarely gets sick, but when I catch things then I go under. My boss was kind enough to let me work from home when I wasn’t celebrating my birthday this week. Yes I had that too. I spent my time mostly sleeping and eating soup when I was awake and maybe doing a little homework until my energy waned which was pretty quickly.  My photos in my video for this blog this week arrived at my doorstep or I would not have had any material: Some beautiful white flowers in memory of things I survived in my past and present and a beautiful orange moon right outside our door when my hubby was going to work, and what I see when I wake up in the middle of the night to think creatively wondering what will end up in a blog via meditation, dream or inspiration that enters my heart albeit a sickly one this week. I am very tired so this one will be short. I verified my family had recent boosters though I wasn’t showing symptoms when I saw them and I had been 3 days working from home since I had spent anytime with co-workers. I bought delivery of some soups so I would have a selection outside of just chicken noodle which I love, shrimp noodle, split pea, lentil and squash soup, all of which are delicious and if you haven’t tried this before a small handful of my favorite nuts sprinkled in the soup which is quite good and makes it special. I’m taking a lot of vitamins and water and during the work day I am drinking cold and hot coffee for energy. I seem to be improving even though I didn’t make it through a full work day today. Please note when I say "today", on the calendar it is today, but I have already had a full night of sleep since I was at work. I hope this note finds you well and Thank you.
