July 9, 2025 Preparing...

We spent a few minutes last week preparing for future video work. There are other things I do to prep for my work week or prep for my new semester of school. There’s only so much you can do to prep, then you come face to face with the first day when you realize there are last minute requirements to also prepare for. I have taken classes and received a degree in television production and radio and film, and I’ve worked for a few years in both television and radio. I have taken refresher classes in video editing and received a certificate. I’ve started a website dswh33360Journey.com featuring videos I’m work on weekly and am coaching a few non-production people how to shoot with the cameras in their possession. I’m starting an LLC with my website with the permission of Washington state, and we’ve put a selection of our videos on YouTube. I do my own social media for my website. What am I prepping for?
