September 10, 2026 A Beautiful Treasure
Bellevue, my personal favorite; a city that is really quite a secret to Seattle. Bellevue is on the other side of Lake Washington from Seattle. It is the wealthier, prettier city, and since I do not see tagging there near the freeways, it tells me crime is less there too.
Since we live Southeast of Seattle, we more often drive past Bellevue on the I405. If a loved one asked me about a local city to go to, I would say, try Bellevue.
We saw it on Wednesday morning and the city sparkled in the morning light.
This morning early, I have an interview for a position that resides very near where I live in Western Washington and the company is based near the Atlanta area. It sounds like a nice company that would fully use my office-related skills. I like that. It would be nice if I could land a position prior to our vacation, but that is in the heaven's hands. I’ve had some wonderful time researching my skills and backgrounds to see what companies out there have shown the most interest. My most interviews have been with my office related skills. I have put out efforts in both applying in the entertainment industries and the many office related industries skill sets that I have, and the offices have shown the most interest. I have also received wonderful advice from small business mentors who have given me wonderful treasures of wisdom about my small business that is a very rough diamond right now that needs work.
The heavens have been so gracious to provide this time to really search my heart, spirit, mind, and strength to examine what I have to offer and how I would like to spend my time earning a living. The mentors gave me advice on my website and on what I put my hands to do. I’m etching away at both projects with careful consideration and effort with the wonderful notes I took about my visits with them. They both offered that I could meet with them again when I was ready to. I told them that when I complete the tasks on my notes, I’m sure I will have more questions on my My Journey Video company.
Originally, I thought I would need to do something different to be of interest to my community then one of the mentors asked me questions of what it was we liked to do and then suggested a direction right in front of my face that I didn’t see before. It was wonderful. What a treasure to have people with insights to talk with, who can give directions where I can make changes for the better.
I am also very thankful for the advice I have received from those in the television industries. I am still working on the notes from those visits and am very thankful for the time. I plan to do more interviews in my website future but those I will plan to publish as videos on YouTube and my website.
Wherever you walk, remember this life is your journey. Make sure you count each day precious as it is your treasure given to you from the heavens.
