September 6, 2026 We Went To Des Moines, WA Today
The beautiful skies in Western Washington this morning in South Seattle. We’re planning to take a walk-in a nearby town at a Puget Sound waterfront to get a little video for our websites Dswh33360Journey.com and YouTube channel @dswh33360 My Journey. The town is called Des Moines, Washington. They have an area where boats are moored and a restaurant; we’ll have a Labor Day drink in.
This coming week will be a busy one. I have two mentor meetings on Tuesday; a champagne breakfast with my Dad and the family another day where we’ll take video; morning salon visits during the next weekend for things like a pedicure and hair color.
I will hit my first medical weight loss goal possibly tomorrow and if so, I will take a new profile photo. It would be a loss of 40 lbs. I found I had purchased more clothes previously for such a time as this, so I’m stepping into a smaller size. I know it has been an encouragement to my family in that my health continues to improve with new eating habits on WW and regular exercise at the gym, lifting weights and aerobic. The paradigm is shifting.
I had a dream a couple years ago where I was taken up in a fantastic Starfleet ship. There was a bridge to cross on the ship and as I crossed, I was beamed into a new person. I could feel myself beaming. 😁 It was quite a dream. Maybe it was a premonition.
