July 25, 2025 What's In A Daydream?

In the morning, when you look up in sky what do you see? Most days in the Pacific Northwest you see clouds. This morning was a lucky day because I not only saw a beautiful blue sky and sun, but I saw our morning moon in our parking lot at my work. Sometimes I wonder if my daydreams are like the moon, always there but you can’t always see them or believe in them due to the clouds. My daydreams are nothing like anyone else’s. I speak of them only to my best friends for several different reasons. Those that love me have expressed distress if I pursued them because it would affect their world. My best friends know that we all only have one short life on this earth, and we need to try. I’ve rehearsed what it would take to pursue my daydreams and I know if the time I was away is in bite size pieces it would work for those that rely on me. I cannot not try. I want to be an everyday plebe, but something strikes my heart like lightning and doesn’t let me go. I take rest breaks when I can, but for example I’m only sleeping a few hours tonight. Tonight, will be my quiet time I’m having right now with you and my math studies to pursue my meteorology degree. I know I am very lucky to have my job in logistics. And I know I have been very lucky to have had a very wide array of work experiences. Many of them that were once dreams of mine that came to reality: Clerical, administrative, marketing, e-commerce, web admin, television camera operator, audio and chyron operator, radio announcer, board operator, payroll and billing, production manager, logistics, support for sales and dispatch, cashier to name a few supporting staff on the West Coast and on the East Coast. I have been very fortunate. I work a full-time job and I’m starting my own small business in my free time and working on dswh33360Journey.com. I’m a producer, editor, camera operator and I’m coaching a few artists in their own right to take video with cameras in their possession, and I produce their camera work, edit In and publish it. Sometimes I feel alone in my struggle, but then I read about your dreams, challenges and victories and I don’t feel so alone in my adventures. I hope this finds you well. Thank you.
