We have sunshine in the Seattle area today. How wonderful. I just want to dream today. Typing out a vision. I would very much like to work for a Television company part time. I very much would like to continue my education, one class at a time towards a meteorology degree. I would like to keep my full-time day job. I would like my little private business to grow. These are a lot of things to desire, and it is a blessing that I can even contemplate them.
I am very thankful for my full-time day job and my manager, and my supervisors. I know I am very fortunate to have such a good place to work for. I am very thankful that I can take one class a quarter; I know I am very fortunate to be able to do this. I am very thankful that I have a little business Dswh33360Journey.com that can grow as I grow. I would love it if I could work for a television station part time as it would be in my degree field and I would like to contribute my skills and recently learned new skills to be effective and efficient for them. I’ve recently updated my resume, updated my editing skills, purchased a PXW-Z90 and Go Pro cameras, and am contemplating the responsibilities of owning a drone camera. In some states, you need to know about FAA laws to use one.
I have a work history with KIRO Television in Seattle as an audio technician and was a camera operator and audio technician at the CBS television station in Hattiesburg, Mississippi for two years while I was attending the University there. I worked at Bellevue Radio stations in Bellevue, Washington state for 7 years as a board operator and web writer in radio and a short time as a morning news director and on-air color for a small radio station in the Hattiesburg, MS area while attending college. I needed to step away for a few years to be there for my family as my mother became ill and I wanted to be available and to be rested enough to be able to visit her as regularly as possible. I was working a full-time regular job and then part-time in the radio and television industries in Washington state previously, which resulted in working 75 hours a week for many years.
I relate to Brandon Lake’s song, “Hard Fought Hallelujah”. I may play it in my feed later on. It always makes my heart well up to tears. This is a note to be thankful and to dream a little. I hope this finds you well. Thank you.
