August 7, 2025 Updating Life Skills

Thursday reset day: Revisiting a video over Mount Rainier from last December 2024. I have 2 I Phones right now, and I realized I neglected to update my email information on one of them, so I took care of that this morning. Kind of a theme for my life. There is a lot I want to update, and I am embracing that aspect in my life right now. A majority of that will come from me and some of that will come from people I’ve reached out to. I have a good job, and I am thankful for that, and I am in a business that needs me to be somewhat anonymous. My father’s 90th birthday is coming up and we will celebrate it in a small family gathering per his wishes. We’ll have video eventually on our website dswh33360Journey.com and our YouTube channel. I am desiring to do more camera work professionally and have a dream for this and have reached out to a few concerning that. My reel is in my website called “DSWH My Journey 1-29-25 Final” if you want to see my personal camera work. The other many videos on my website are from a small collective of artists and myself that are outside the industry that I am coaching to video with cameras already in their possession that I produce, edit and publish. I keep a positive outlook. I was in television behind the scenes and needed to take a break from camera work and radio for a few years to take care of some of my family needs. I’ve taken retraining to update my skills and am taking a class a quarter so that I can also pursue my meteorology degree for behind the scenes work while working full time.
