August 15, 2025 "None Of Us Lives For Ourselves Alone..."

“For none of us lives for ourselves alone…” something I read in an ancient writing. Just taking a look at a video from one year ago. I’m climbing out of a week of illness with Covid. I didn’t want to talk about it while I was under its weight because it feels like a failure somehow. I’ve had many shots, and I think this is my 3rd time of catching it since it all began. I would have been one of those who wouldn’t have survived without the shots. My hubby on the other hand has survived it fine on 2 doses. I’ve been working from home limited hours. I would work until I felt I needed to collapse into bed to sleep for the night. I knew I was climbing out of it today because I was able to work a full day. I was in radio for over 7 years while working in other jobs 75 hours a week. I love music. Not to mention I was a singer in a past life. I speak more easily with music than I do words. I just want to thank God and the heavens for letting me live on the other side of this. For none of us lives for ourselves alone… words that have earned contemplation.
